  We have completed 2 major home remodeling projects with SCS and would definitely recommend their services. SCS Contracting LLC as a company has proven to be responsible, efficient and genuinely able to provide the contracted services as promised. Their billing system is transparent and no additional charges are made without customer approval in advance. Moreover, when we have had minor issues with materials used, SCS was willing and able to accommodate our requests. Sean, the project manager for our recent kitchen and bathroom remodel, is exceptional. Sean is extremely responsive by phone and email and we have never had any issues communicating with him. He is also present at the job site on a regular basis in a way that ensures any issues or concerns are addressed immediately. Everyone on the SCS team (electrician, plumber, construction crew, tile, fabricator, etc. ) has been diligent, considerate and trustworthy while in our home.   Good is not the right word, needs to be Outstanding, Top Tier, Great, Fantastic. We have used them for a few jobs now and he has came in clutch every time we have needed him. First was last year with a water leak from a fridge line that ended up damaging some sheet rock among other items. We were in the middle of repairs on other items, and needed some sheetrock/texture repairs done. Sean came out, did a look through and knew exactly what we needed to do for repairs. It had ran under the wall to our entry way so it damaged two sides and a corner with a cove; not a lot but not exactly a simple repair. He not only got to us fast working within our schedule of the week, but him and his crew knocked out the full repair in one day plus matching our particular difficult textured type. We are now getting our house ready to sell and needed some poorly repaired wall damage from previous owners and new from life with kids taken care of. He had his guys come make those repairs for us as well and again can’t even tell the damage was there. The biggest part of this is we had some trim that had been messed up by animals, and is not easily found. He took the time searching for the same trim we have so that the repairs all match as with selling and wanted it to be all done right. He searched all over until he was able to finally find some so we could get that done as well, a step far above and beyond. I wish I had take pictures to show what it was to what it is now to show the quality in the work. He is truly a great contractor and company to work with who relates to the owner not just the pay day. That is rare these days, he had the understanding that when things like this happen it’s about helping not about the money. We have several more jobs on the horizon with the new house and absolutely will use him for our work. All of your hard work and dedication to the task at hand is beyond grateful.

  I had two rooms I needed vinyl plank installed in.
 Sean and his helper came out and they did a beautiful job and had the work done in a day. They cleaned up all the trash and I would have never known they were here with the exception of my new floors!
 If your looking for a reliable, professional contractor give SCS Contracting a call!

  From start to finish, SCS was very easy to work with. When we initially contacted them from a simple Google search, they responded almost immediately and we had Brent, the owner, out at our house literally the same day to take measurements for our basement remodel. From there, and once we signed a contract with them, the just kept impressing us. I think the one thing that stands out more than any thing else is their communication with us throughout the project. Even though we could walk downstairs and see what was done, we didn't really know what, or when, the next steps would be completed. Except that either Brent, or Kacee, would email us a few times a week just to keep us updated.  We loved that. We didn't expect that level of service. 
 
 And as far as the work and craftmanship, we are thrilled with how it turned out. We didn't have any major specific plans but the final outcome blew us away.
 
 We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend SCS to anyone considering a building or remodeling project.

  I had my kitchen remodeled by SCS Contracting  LLC and I'm very impressed of the result. My kitchen really looks brand new. The crew are very good courteous and never leave any mess when they leave, they clean and sweep the floor for the dust. Sean is also very nice person and he won't stop until you are happy. So I am a happy Client. I would recommend SCS Contracting LLC!!!
