I'm our condo associations President and we have a number of upcoming projects that will span a lot of months and years. We wanted to try and find a dependable, quality contractor, that would be around so that we could build a good working relationship with for the long haul. After meeting with the owner and hiring them for our first project with SCS Builders, they appear to fit our needs.
