  We wanted to remodel our second home kitchen and two bathrooms, and we contacted SCS Contracting Group Inc after reading their reviews here. We met with multiple contractors but Sean seemed like the perfect person to work with, so we chose them.
 Sean spent a lot of time with us to understand our remodeling needs and prepare us well for the days ahead. Andrew and Shawnessy  provided excellent design suggestions and were very patient with helping picking out all the finished material. The whole team was very communicative and prompt.
 Everyone was friendly and did an amazing job to do all the work while we were staying in the house. We trusted the crew to be at home when we went to out during the day and they did a great job by cleaning up very well at the end of every day! we can definitely say we had a stress- free and smooth process.
 
 We increased the job and added all the flooring to painting all the interior and exterior walls, changing all the lighting etc and renovating the back yard area. Sean and the crew did a great job in helping us with all of it. There were no surprises or hidden charges. The work is all done. The finishing is amazing and the house looks as good as new!

 SCS Contracting LLC as a company has proven to be responsible, efficient and genuinely able to provide the contracted services as promised. Their billing system is transparent and no additional charges are made without customer approval in advance. Moreover, when we have had minor issues with materials used, SCS was willing and able to accommodate our requests.
 
 Sean, the project manager for our recent kitchen and bathroom remodel, is exceptional. Sean is extremely responsive by phone and email and we have never had any issues communicating with him. He is also present at the job site on a regular basis in a way that ensures any issues or concerns are addressed immediately.
 
 Everyone on the SCS team (electrician, plumber, construction crew, tile, fabricator, etc. ) has been diligent, considerate and trustworthy while in our home. Victor, the foreman, is a delight to work with.
 
 We are perfectionists with high expectations and everyone at SCS has done their best to meet our expectations. They value a job well done and happy customers and that is something to appreciate.

  I have used Vladimir on a couple of occasions. I highly recommend him!!  His work is exceptional and reasonably priced. He always reported timely when he said he would and communicated very well.   I totally trust him. He does not take advantage of you.   When I was selling my house he reviente against doing a project which would have profited him because it wouldn't help us sell our look good.   I really appreciated his honesty and not taking advantage of us.  It turned out to be the right choice taking his suggestion. I appreciate his ethics and honesty!!

  The team at SCS Contracting LLC just remodeled my bathroom and they did a great job. The bathroom was in very bad shape and they put the hard work in and turned it into a beautiful modern bathroom. The crew was great, polite, hard working and skillful and the process was good from the first phone call to the initial estimate with Sean and on with Andrew, the project manager and Victor and his great crew. The craftsmanship in the tile, install and finish is fantastic and I could not be happier.

  Brent from SCS Building and Remodeling came to our complex clubhouse and gave us an estimate to add two kinds of closet doors to existing storage spaces. His crew needed to not only be professionally skilled, but also creative to meet the challenges of the job. He came in on budget, on time, and his crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves.   We had such a great experience working with Vladimir. He is fast, responsive, trustworthy, works really hard, and the outcome of his work is of high quality. I will definitely go with him again for future projects. So far, he had helped us take down a wall (and reroute mechanicals), install dimmable light fixtures (recessed lighting and ceiling fan), update outlets (gfci and standard), install ring doorbell & nest cameras, fix bifold doors, and many more.
