  This is the second project that I've had Sean and the guys tackle in the last few years. This time around, it was my guest bathroom. Sean is a great communicator and a straight-shooter. One of the most honest guys I've ever met. Every single member of his crew is professional, on-time and CLEAN!
 
 The project was completed on time and on budget, which I'm always grateful for. Sean’s work is top-knotch, and he is a stickler for details! And his pricing is always very fair.   Now that the project has been completed, my uncle and aunt have enjoyed the renovated area for more than half a year. They wanted to follow up by saying that they're  very pleased with how SCS Contracting LLC handled the renovation. Michael and Saul were fantastic and they can't be happier with the renovated area.
 The house looked identical to the 3D rendering they had drawn out, they loved having Michael go with them to buy finishing materials. They were happy with all the workers. They were extremely clean, professional, cordial and on time and did a beautiful job.
 It was a wonderful experience especially since SCS Contracting LLC is a boutique family business they treated them like such patience, warmth and care!

  We recently worked with Sean and his team at SCS Contracting LLC to completely remodel our primary bathroom. Throughout the project, they were always on time, responsive, *extremely* organized, and got the job done ahead of plan. We liked them so much we added a couple of additional projects and they took them all on while they were here. We now have an amazing new bathroom along with the other work they did. We highly recommend SCS Contracting LLC for any home project and will hire them again for future renovations and upgrades.

  Brent from SCS Building and Remodeling came to our complex clubhouse and gave us an estimate to add two kinds of closet doors to existing storage spaces. His crew needed to not only be professionally skilled, but also creative to meet the challenges of the job. He came in on budget, on time, and his crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. We were thrilled with the work that was done and would highly recommend them to others!

He always shows up on time, responds quickly to any of my messages and e-mails, and was able to address all of my concerns and questions no matter how big or small.   I actually found SCS Contracting LLC through Google and based on all the positive reviews decided to give them a shot. In the past I've always hired handymen or had friends help with any remodel work. This was my kitchen though so I wanted to make sure I hired a competent contractor with experience and knowledge in this arena. They did not disappoint. Not only did the project get done to my satisfaction, it was done on budget and on schedule. They were also attentive, responsive and respectful while working in my house. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for residential remodel work.
