  Sean (owner) was such a pleasure to work with. He always shows up on time, responds quickly to any of my messages and e-mails, and was able to address all of my concerns and questions no matter how big or small. He was able to give an estimate for repairs and renovations on my home that ultimately were the best return on my investment. He has an incredible talent for transforming my home into one I always dreamed of.   Found Sean company via Google . Wanted to remodel our garage. Called and he responded immediately. Came right over and gave us an estimate. Sean was honest, down to earth, and gave a nice estimate. Throughout the process Sean remained in constant communication with me. Never worked with a contractor that responsive. On the day of the job Sean brought a whole crew to work. Fast and efficient. What was also nice was that he himself was present at the job. Generally with large companies the owner would not show up and just leave the work to the workers. Sean is flexible and easy to work with. No BS and cuts to the chase. Honest and he also takes a lot of pride in his work. The end product was awesome. And he went above and beyond in detailing the small fixtures as well. Highly recommend SCS Contracting LLC for your contracting work. Will also recommend to family and friends.

  Contacted SCS Contracting LLC for a drywall repair and he was able to come give a quote, begin work, and complete the job in a little over a week. We had an eye-sore of a textured wall at our front entrance and for some reason all of the contractors bidding for other small jobs on our lot were either confused on how to remove the texture or quoted me ridiculous prices and time windows to complete the task. Sean not only reassured he could smooth the wall in a matter of 3 days but he also closed up a different wall in another part of the house where a doorway once was located - all for a more than reasonable cost. He worked fast, efficiently, was communicative at the end of each day about his progress, and he left the rooms clean when he was finished. My only wish is that we had called him sooner for his drywall expertise!

  The team at SCS Contracting LLC just remodeled my bathroom and they did a great job. The bathroom was in very bad shape and they put the hard work in and turned it into a beautiful modern bathroom. The crew was great, polite, hard working and skillful and the process was good from the first phone call to the initial estimate with Sean and on with Andrew, the project manager and Victor and his great crew. The craftsmanship in the tile, install and finish is fantastic and I could not be happier.

  Now that the project has been completed, my uncle and aunt have enjoyed the renovated area for more than half a year. They wanted to follow up by saying that they're  very pleased with how SCS Contracting LLC handled the renovation. Michael and Saul were fantastic and they can't be happier with the renovated area.
 The house looked identical to the 3D rendering they had drawn out, they loved having Michael go with them to buy finishing materials. They were happy with all the workers. They were extremely clean, professional, cordial and on time and did a beautiful job.
 It was a wonderful experience especially since SCS Contracting LLC is a boutique family business they treated them like such patience, warmth and care!

  We have completed 2 major home remodeling projects with SCS and would definitely recommend their services. SCS Contracting LLC as a company has proven to be responsible, efficient and genuinely able to provide the contracted services as promised. Their billing system is transparent and no additional charges are made without customer approval in advance. Moreover, when we have had minor issues with materials used, SCS was willing and able to accommodate our requests. Sean, the project manager for our recent kitchen and bathroom remodel, is exceptional. Sean is extremely responsive by phone and email and we have never had any issues communicating with him. He is also present at the job site on a regular basis in a way that ensures any issues or concerns are addressed immediately. Everyone on the SCS team (electrician, plumber, construction crew, tile, fabricator, etc. ) has been diligent, considerate and trustworthy while in our home. Victor, the foreman, is a delight to work with. We are perfectionists with high expectations and everyone at SCS has done their best to meet our expectations. They value a job well done and happy customers and that is something to appreciate.
