First job hired for was great. So I hired again 10 months later and started off well paid $12,500 as agreed upon but then got Ghosted! Didn't even finish the first Bathroom and never started on the main bathroom. Had to hire a different Contractor to pick up where they left off and complete the job. I easily wasted about $1,500 and I guess from how my many texts were ignored this business is not interested in you once they see you won't have any further projects to bring em.

Brent and Kacee Sorensen were responsive, quickly submitting an estimate and acceptable scheduled work date when we inquired about replacing windows to fulfill a buyers' inspection condition. The completed work is of high quality.

We worked with Sean and SCS Contracting LLC team to do our room addition and complete house renovation. Our experience was great from beginning to end with Sean being responsive and being on job site on a daily basis. Good is not the right word, needs to be Outstanding, Top Tier, Great, Fantastic. We have used them for a few jobs now and he has came in clutch every time we have needed him. First was last year with a water leak from a fridge line that ended up damaging some sheet rock among other items. We were in the middle of repairs on other items, and needed some sheetrock/texture repairs done. Sean came out, did a look through and knew exactly what we needed to do for repairs. It had ran under the wall to our entry way so it damaged two sides and a corner with a cove; not a lot but not exactly a simple repair. He not only got to us fast working within our schedule of the week, but him and his crew knocked out the full repair in one day plus matching our particular difficult textured type. We are now getting our house ready to sell and needed some poorly repaired wall damage from previous owners and new from life with kids taken care of. He had his guys come make those repairs for us as well and again can’t even tell the damage was there. The biggest part of this is we had some trim that had been messed up by animals, and is not easily found. He took the time searching for the same trim we have so that the repairs all match as with selling and wanted it to be all done right. He searched all over until he was able to finally find some so we could get that done as well, a step far above and beyond. I wish I had take pictures to show what it was to what it is now to show the quality in the work. He is truly a great contractor and company to work with who relates to the owner not just the pay day. That is rare these days, he had the understanding that when things like this happen it’s about helping not about the money. We have several more jobs on the horizon with the new house and absolutely will use him for our work. All of your hard work and dedication to the task at hand is beyond grateful.
