I have used Vladimir on a couple of occasions. I highly recommend him!! His work is exceptional and reasonably priced. He always reported timely when he said he would and communicated very well. I totally trust him. He does not take advantage of you. When I was selling my house he reviente against doing a project which would have profited him because it wouldn't help us sell our look good. I really appreciated his honesty and not taking advantage of us. It turned out to be the right choice taking his suggestion. I appreciate his ethics and honesty!!

Sean and his team did a awsome job painting our brown kitchen cabinets white. The renovation made our kitchen look brand new. Sean was very prompt and his workers were great. They were always on time and friendly. Sean said the project would take 5 days and everything was complete on the 5th day. I definitely am going to call SCS Contracting LLC and his team for future projects.

Update: Sean's communication was never great. I never knew when he planned to arrive. By the end of our time together he treated me more like a wife that was nagging at him than a paying customer. Before he would leave the job he sat down and said that I had to leave a five-star review before he would leave. I'm content with my kitchen, it's a great improvement to what it was. I'm happy with it. But there are a lot of little things that are frustrating when you pay someone to do something and to do it correctly. I've tried contacting him a few times over the few weeks since he completed the project. I still have one tile that does not have grout around it, and the painting jobs are not great. The window sills look awful. They should have really been replace instead of painted over. The drop in lights were never cleaned and one is now flickering. I have no clue how to fix that. The paint is not blended in some of the areas and the cut in lines are awful. And for some crazy reason they cut a hole around the backing plate of my thermostat. I've attached photos of that show the good and the bad. Sean and his team did a great job. They turned my brown 1960s kitchen into my dream kitchen!

If you are needing work around your home done, this is the company to pick. Sean and his employees are top notch and you can tell they care about their work. I will be calling them for any new projects at my home.

An absolutely great company to work with. Took an idea of a want to them and they went well above what you would normally expect, making sure I understood what needed to happen and the why’s behind it all the while being super friendly and personable. When we hit a bump in the process they stepped up and worked to help me resolve it instead of just dumping it in my lap with a you need to resolve this then talk to us. Felt like we were partners not just a job. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them more highly!

I'm our condo associations President and we have a number of upcoming projects that will span a lot of months and years. We wanted to try and find a dependable, quality contractor, that would be around so that we could build a good working relationship with for the long haul. After meeting with the owner and hiring them for our first project with SCS Builders, they appear to fit our needs. Our first project for them was carried out in a timely matter and to our satisfaction, from the estimate to the finished product. We look forward to hiring them for our many future projects.

Sean stepped in to handle all of my requests without any benefit to him. He is a noble person, and I will always have respect for noble individuals like him. I was on edge with my project and couldn't find a solution to the problem I was dealing with. After no other contractor was willing to help me, Sean stepped in to help right away. I cannot express how grateful I am to Sean for stepping in to help me with the project with zero benefits to him. I will undoubtedly give SCS Contracting LLC my future business and recommend everyone to hire SCS Contracting LLC for all contracting jobs.

Sean replaced my kitchen counters and installed 2 bathroom vanities. During the whole process, Sean kept me informed of everything. I knew what workers would be coming over, the time they would be arriving and leaving, and the number of days. Sean would also text or call to make sure the workers had arrived. In the end, I am very pleased with how well everything turned out. Two of the workers, Saul and Victor, did exceptional work.

SCS Building & Remodeling was hired to remodel our kitchen some 10 years ago and did an amazing job. Due to the quality of Brent's work we referred to others who also hired him. This past year, we hired Brent and his crew to install new windows. The window labor came in under what Brent had bid so we showed him some drywall work that we needed done and 4 trips later the drywall was repaired at no additional cost. SCS Building & Remodeling is always our first choice when hiring work to be done in our home. Trustworthy, professional, honest, and friendly!!
