  We have completed 2 major home remodeling projects with SCS and would definitely recommend their services.
 
 SCS Contracting LLC as a company has proven to be responsible, efficient and genuinely able to provide the contracted services as promised. Their billing system is transparent and no additional charges are made without customer approval in advance. Moreover, when we have had minor issues with materials used, SCS was willing and able to accommodate our requests.
 
 Sean, the project manager for our recent kitchen and bathroom remodel, is exceptional. Sean is extremely responsive by phone and email and we have never had any issues communicating with him. He is also present at the job site on a regular basis in a way that ensures any issues or concerns are addressed immediately.
 
 Everyone on the SCS team (electrician, plumber, construction crew, tile, fabricator, etc. ) has been diligent, considerate and trustworthy while in our home. Victor, the foreman, is a delight to work with.
 
 We are perfectionists with high expectations and everyone at SCS has done their best to meet our expectations. They value a job well done and happy customers and that is something to appreciate.

  I'm our condo associations President and we have a number of upcoming projects that will span a lot of months and years. We wanted to try and find a dependable, quality contractor, that would be around so that we could build a good working relationship with for the long haul. After meeting with the owner and hiring them for our first project with SCS Builders, they appear to fit our needs. Our first project for them was carried out in a timely matter and to our satisfaction, from the estimate to the finished product. We look forward to hiring them for our many future projects.

  They took my deposit and never delivered my project! They sent pictures of progress so I don’t know why they won’t finish …  I have emailed, texted, called and sent a letter that they never signed for … we have used them on other projects and they were good so I am really confused!!!!! I am being ghosted … so frustrated!

  Update: Sean's communication was never great. I never knew when he planned to arrive. By the end of our time together he treated me more like a wife that was nagging at him than a paying customer. Before he would leave the job he sat down and said that I had to leave a five-star review before he would leave. I'm content with my kitchen, it's a great improvement to what it was. I'm happy with it. But there are a lot of little things that are frustrating when you pay someone to do something and to do it correctly. I've tried contacting him a few times over the few weeks since he completed the project. I still have one tile that does not have grout around it, and the painting jobs are not great. The window sills look awful. They should have really been replace instead of painted over. The drop in lights were never cleaned and one is now flickering. I have no clue how to fix that. The paint is not blended in some of the areas and the cut in lines are awful. And for some crazy reason they cut a hole around the backing plate of my thermostat. I've attached photos of that show the good and the bad. Sean and his team did a great job. They turned my brown 1960s kitchen into my dream kitchen!
